I was born and raised on an 1800 acre sheep and beef farm. 

At the age of 14 I started crutching lambs before making the step up to shearing full time after finishing school. As a teenager I shore my first 300 sheep in a day and continued to work in the shearing industry full time until the age of 27.

After 13 years working in the shearing industry, I decided it was time for a new challenge and pursued a career in ecommerce. 

After a few years I began missing the physical work and the connection with people of the land. Still working in ecommerce, over the last few years I have been fortunate to find a great balance between working in ecommerce and shearing sheep.

The shearing industry is one that I am deeply passionate about. It's not just a job for me but a hobby I thoroughly enjoy. I love getting out there, meeting people and perfecting the art of shearing sheep.
